Shipping Rates

• All one-time purchase orders shipping to 48 contiguous states ship for free with a minimum order value of $100 or more after discounts are applied to the order.
• All subscription orders shipping to 48 contiguous states ship for free with no minimum order value required.
• All orders (one-time purchase and subscription) shipping to Hawaii or Alaska will be subject to calculated shipping rates at checkout.

Shipping Locations

• Z Neurosciences ships to the 48 contiguous United States, Alaska, Hawaii, and PO Boxes.
• Unfortunately, at this time we do not ship Internationally, this includes but not limited to Canada, Puerto Rico, Samoa, Virgin Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Guam.
• We do not ship to APO/FPO/DPO.

Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind our products and proudly offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your Z Neurosciences purchase, you can return it for a refund (minus return shipping cost)  within 30 days of purchase.

Please note that we do not accept refunds or exchanges on packages that are "Returned to Sender" Our team will help you out with a return label if required. Should you send items back without using our return label, we will not reimburse for that expense.
